Key Team Members
Lewis A. Weinstein, Founder & CEO, Mr. Weinstein is a serial entrepreneur. In 1989, Mr. Weinstein founded the Xpress Tax Corporation, a personal tax preparation service, in Needham, MA. Through Xpress Tax, Mr. Weinstein built a successful business by securing exclusive rights to prepare tax returns out of 47 prime business locations within Mail Boxes Etc. franchise locations in New England. In 1995, Mr. Weinstein founded the TaxLogic Corporation. TaxLogic was the nations first online tax preparation service. TaxLogic went on to form strategic partnerships with America Online (AOL), Compuserve, Prodigy and USAToday.com. From 1995 thru 1999, TaxLogic was AOL’s exclusive provider for answering tax questions on AOL’s message boards. TaxLogic was sold in 1999 at the height of the Internet boom. In 2000, Mr. Weinstein was named by Accounting Today as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People” in the tax profession. His companies have been the subjects of two case studies at the Harvard Business School. Mr. Weinstein holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Arizona.

Tracy Brady, Director of Interactive & Viral Marketing, Ms. Brady spent twelve years in movie and television integrated marketing, public relations and promotions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Twentieth Century Fox and Turner Broadcasting in New York and Los Angeles before turning her focus to brand strategy and online marketing. She was most recently at Arnold Worldwide, New England’s largest advertising agency, which she joined in 2003 as a Vice President in the Brand Promotions group. At Arnold she led strategy on non-traditional and viral marketing campaigns for blue chip brands including Fidelity, Volkswagen of America, Vonage, GlaxoSmithKline and Goodyear. She was a member of Arnold’s New Channel Solutions Group, which focused on strategic planning in emerging media and marketing disciplines including word of mouth, viral solutions, social networking and online communities. She was also a member of the new business development team, representing emerging digital media, viral and non-traditional marketing capabilities for the agency. Tracy holds a B.A. in Communications, magna cum laude, from Fordham University in New York and is also a graduate of the Sorbonne University in Paris.

Michael Martinez, Strategic Advisor, Mr. Martinez has helped grow four companies from early stage development through acquisition. Mr. Martinez was most recently a senior executive with StratBridge, Inc., a financial analytics and modeling software firm. Prior to that he was co-founder and President of a telecommunication software company and Vice President of Business Development for iMediation, a global Internet software company. Mr. Martinez was the first US employee of iMediation and played an important role in growing the US organization to over 175 people and $12M revenue in its first year of operations in the US. Prior to iMediation, Mr. Martinez was a Principal at American Management Systems, Inc, an international management-consulting firm, where he consulted the world’s leading financial institutions on leveraging emerging technologies. Mr. Martinez has worked for Harvard University and for the William Weld administration as a Program Director for the State of Massachusetts. Mr. Martinez holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.

Mark Rosenstein, Lead Programmer & Systems Architect, Mr. Rosenstein has extensive website programming, design and system architect experience. He worked for Proteon on the first commercially sold Internet router, on the staff of Project Athena at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where several distributed systems techniques were developed that are in common use today. His knowledge of computer systems, networking, and databases allows him to design and program web applications which are secure and reliable, following current standards without locking into packaged solutions. Mr. Rosenstein holds a BS in Computer Science from MIT.

Raymond Yu, Director of Design Branding, Mr. Yu specializes in developing key brand assets with a focus on company identity, web presence and print/marketing collateral materials. He has spearheaded brand design projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, TaxLogic, Fidelity Ventures and the United Way. His 18 years of experience allows him to create effective website user interfaces ensuring a positive user experience. His works are on display at the Whitney Museum and have been featured in Technique Magazine and Graphic DesignUSA magazine. Mr. Yu holds a BFA in graphic design from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Sheila Lirio Marcelo, Strategic Advisor, is CEO of Care.com, a consumer Internet company recently funded by Matrix Partners, where she was previously an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Prior to Matrix Partners, she was formerly Vice President and General Manager of TheLadders.com, where she was responsible for product, creative services, sales, business development and customer service. Prior to The Ladders, she was with Upromise where she was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management. Having joined Upromise at its founding, Marcelo spearheaded member marketing and the integration of all Upromise partners, including the development of custom technology platforms for many Fortune 50 companies, such as AT&T, General Motors, Exxon-Mobil and Citicorp. Previously, she was a consultant with Monitor Company. While at Harvard University, where Marcelo received a combined Juris Doctor and MBA, she was a graduate teaching fellow at Harvard Business School as well as a recipient of the Dean's Award, honoring outstanding leadership in the HBS community, as well as the Fitzie Foundation Award, which honors the most outstanding female student. She also graduated magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College where she earned a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations
