History & Values: Interests within new projects are: Workflow management, E-Business, Business Intelligence, Security, CRM, ICT-Policy/Strategy and other complex business related ICT questionnaires which can be resolved using common sense in Sales, Project Management or Consultancy. Quality in customer care, (sales) consultancy, project management and a strong position of the organization is respected by me as much as the offering of space for own dedication and innovation of colleagues and co-workers. My specialty appears when the job requires quick insight of the context and content as well when an adequate solution is requested. The solutions can be realized through Business Process Redesign and tools which include finely tuned Information and Telecommunication techniques.
