I have over 12 years appraisal experience and over 25 years residential construction experience. I am knowledgeable in all facets of residential construction and valuations. We also offer construction inspections, completion reports on new construction or remodeling projects to ensure the home is completed as stated by the builder. We have the ability to inform banks of accuracy on amount of construction completion for bank draws using our extensive knowledge of construction procedures and workmanship. WE have the ability to verify and review current appraisals for banks or lenders requiring this information on new loans. WE offer quick turn times, quality reports, accuracy in reporting and complete sales histories on existing properties as well as comparables. We use the most up to date information in completing market condition addendums. We use the most accurate regression methods in determining values for home characteristics of a given property based on complete population studies of all sales in neighborhood, to include sales, listings, withdrawls, and expired listings.
