Brennan Associates, an Arizona coaching and consulting company since 2000, provides services internationally working with leaders and teams in organizations on strategic thinking, navigating change and creating a learning culture. Client organization types include healthcare, aerospace, engineering, science and technology. Diane Brennan, President of Brennan Associates, is an executive coach, consultant, workshop leader and author. Diane holds an MBA, ICF Master Certified Coach designation, and is a board certified medical practice executive and fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives. She is also a 4-D Certified Coach providing assessment, coaching and workshop services within NASA. As an author, Diane has had articles published in The International Journal of coaching: Theory, Research and Practice, Coaching at Work, Choice Magazine and NHRD Network Journal in India. She is co-editor and author of The handbook of knowledge-based coaching: From theory to practice (June, 2011) publisher Jossey-Bass, San Francisco, a Wiley imprint and The philosophy and practice of coaching: Insights and issues for a new era (2008). She has also contributed chapters to four other coaching books: Supervision in Coaching (2011), The Complete Handbook of Coaching (2010), Excellence in Coaching (2010), Coaching i-Perspectv (2008 – in Danish). Diane is a founder and past-president of the Tucson Professional Coaches Alliance, an International Coach Federation (ICF) chapter (2001) and past-president of the Global ICF (2008), serving on the ICF global board from 2004 through 2009 and serving as the Chair of the ICF's Foundation (2009).
