DB Golden Rules is here to consult everyone, from small businesses to large corporations with their Customer Service/Sales improvements. With almost 20 years serving and specializing in the Customer Service industry from Chuck E. Cheese to a Nationwide Multi- Media Company. I have 10 years of real life experience in the marketing field, combined with 7 years in Social Media/Print industry. My primary goal is to not speak in complicated terms or theories that might inspire you for the moment,but to give you and your front line staff members tools that will help your business grow, tools that are integral to your customer’s happiness and thus your companies’ success. Not just inspirational “HOO RAAAH” slogans on a poster in the break room. As a child I learned the Art of Customer Service at an early age, my dad was a Preacher and with this came great responsibility! Getting pinched on the cheeks, squeezed to where you could not breathe and listening to long all day sermons were very hard at a young age to contain my energy and the desire to run around the room screaming and laughing at the top of my lungs. However, this was not to be something a Preachers Kid do or let alone think of. If we did get in trouble for giggles and taken to the bathroom the whole congregation would stop and whispers of “Oh she is going to get it”, or “Even a Preacher’s kid is not without sin”. As a result of anything that I did, it was reflected upon my dad. This is when he taught me about the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have done unto you”. Many of us know the Golden Rule but do you really practice it? I am by no means saying you need to be a saint, but I can give you some tools that will help retain clients and improve your word of mouth advertising. In order to have great retention you need to give Great Customer Service. The BEST and UNBEATABLE way to advertise is by word of mouth, you can not beat it and without it you will fail. Customer Service is everywhere in our life, with friends, family, employers, employees, and co-workers. You just need to own it! Let me show you how!
