People in transition, particularly women in the first phase of career transition, are my niche. That said, coaching is for anyone who has a stumbling block, of any kind, & can use some help moving forward.
I began coaching others when I realized that most people needed to be accountable in order for them to achieve their goals. Of course, this can only happen when they come to the understanding that they need to set goals. I entered into the Life Coaching field to help people get through their grief from loss (death of someone or a cherished pet, loss of a relationship or job, loss of home, etc.). Although I continue to offer my services for that expertise, I find that women who are in transition in their career--whether they are moving away from the corporate world and are looking at direct sales, or entering the outside workforce after being a "Domestic Goddess" for most of their life, find great success with coaching. Life Coaching, however, is a successful avenue for either men or women to investigate what is holding them back from moving forward in their lives, no matter what the underlying issues are, set their focus, Remove their Invisible Fences and move forward to a rewarding, goal-orientated life. www.debebloom.com
