Tell me why "creative real estate investors" continue plugging away in spite of Garn-St/ Germaine, Dodd-Frank and executory contract prohibitions...when they don have to? Why own real estate in clear view of anyone who wants to sue you (public records at the court house)-- 'when you just don't have to? Why get taxedwhen you transfer your real estate to an LLC or corporation...'when you just don't have to?? Why are 1,000's of RE investor's not calling me to find out how I avoid thiis bullsh

Screwed up and didn't plan for retirement...right? Well you're not alone. Millions of us made the same mistake, assuming a ship would come in... that didn't (yet) . There's a fix for that, however..."Free Real Estate." Think about learning how to make continuing income really quick by doing something unheard of. by most: I.e., 'Take over upside-down properties;put residents in them to cover all costs of ownership--by leasing with full tax write-off ('costs less after-tax than rent).

Our system (EHTrust Transfer) allows for takeover of ANY loan w/o due on sale violation or Dodd Frank compromise. We bring in a resident ('as owner) who typically can't qualify for a std mtg and/or who doesn't have a full dn pmt. ' If the existing pmt is more than PITI at 90% LTV ('at FMV) for the incoming resident, then either I or my seller agrees to cover some of the mo. pmt. The acquiring party receives 100% of all fee-simple ownership benefits w/o any of the standard qualifying or underwriting processes.. We do all paperwork.
