Clients I'm Seeking:

Consulting engineers, architects and owners of medium to large buildings who need Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) for their new or existing building.

About My Business:

F A Vaughan Ltd provides Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) of buildings. I have been providing design teams with simulated internal environmental performance results for more than 30 years. In particular I worked as part of the team for some of the major UK projects during this time, some of which are as follows: The Great Court, British Museum, Waterhouse (Natural History Museum), Earth Galleries (Natural History Museum), The O2 Arena (Greenwich), British Airways London Eye, The Queen’s Gallery and Royal Kitchens, (Buckingham Palace), Cabinet War Rooms (Imperial War Museum), Kings Library (British Museum), Royal Armouries Museum (Leeds), Royal Navy Submarine Museum (Gosport), Offices for the Home Office (Riverside Exchange, Sheffield). I am usually involved from early in the design of any project to give environmental performance and system sizing information for various fabric and system options. Results are generally used for plant selection by the consulting engineers and contractors. Lastly, the models are used for Part L calculations and producing the As Built Energy Performance Certification (EPC). Being independant I will always strive to assess the most cost effective and energy conscious solutions, which has helped to produce several award wining buildings. My website gives some details of the services offered together with a few project examples. If I can assist with any building projects you are involved in, please let me know. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Francis Vaughan BSc(Hons), MSc, Director for and on behalf of F A Vaughan Ltd
