About My Business:

 

My Bio Fred Sussman is a proven business builder, developer and manager with over 30 years experience. After a successful career in the corporate world, Fred became an entrepreneur and successfully built, profitably operated and exited three businesses. Fred is Managing Partner of CEO Focus St. Louis and a Business Master Coach with Business Breakthroughs International, Inc., an Anthoney Robbins/Chet Holmes company. Fred specializes in cash flow, revenue and profit growth for small businesses with sales revenue under $ 300 million per year. Fred spent the first eight years of his career in the aerospace and software industries, working for industry leaders McDonnell Douglas, General Dynamics and Comshare. Identifying that his true passion was small business, in 1988, Mr. Sussman founded Technology Source, an information technology consulting firm. With a strong focus on achieving his business objectives, he quickly grew the company to operations in three cities with just under 200 employees and revenues approach $ 15 million. Technology Source, became the preferred provider of professional IT services to several Fortune 500 companies and was acquired in 1996 by StaffMark, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. Post acquisition, Mr. Sussman served as Vice President of the Information Technology division of StaffMark, and was actively involved in development of company infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions. During his two year employment period post acquisition, Mr. Sussman participated in the mergers and acquisitions, and integration of companies into StaffMark. In that time period, StaffMark’s revenue grew from $ 200M to over $ 1B. In 1998, Mr. Sussman, holding true to his passion for small business, left StaffMark and founded iLine, a telecommunications company providing wholesale long distance services to international destinations via the internet. iLine’s customers included ATT, Worldcom, Sprint, Global Crossings and Qwest, quickly reaching a revenue run rate in the low 8 figures level. Looking into his crystal ball and seeing imminent change in the telecomm and internet world, Fred made the decision to sell iLine in June 2002. Since 2002, Mr. Sussman has assisted in the founding of three additional businesses and worked as a business consultant and coach, working with business owners and CEO’s to take their business to the next level. Most recently, Mr. Sussman sold his solar energy business to a public company as the cornerstone of their new alternative energy division.
