About My Business:


I am honored to be the owner and CEO of this GreenHouse Group of Real Estate Consultants & Mortgage Planners here in beautiful San Diego. I get to come to work everyday on furthering my purpose: Professionally, my purpose is to teach, coach, lead, inspire, (and sometimes drag) no more than 5 new clients a month to: get a plan, clearly define their values & map out a strategy for sustainable wealth not just for right now, but for generations to come. That’s what I do – I am a Real Estate Consultant who is a Foreclosure and Short Sale Specialist and I come into that space with a robust Mortgage Planning background. And for the last 8 remarkable years, my business partners and I have intentionally built this idea – now appropriately known as our GreenHouse Group – united in our commitment to a referable level of product and process for our family of clients. What other people have said makes me unique is that I take the necessary time to link their ultimate goals with our valued resources – with that personal touch. More recently, with all the shifting that has taken place in our neighborhoods, I have found my greatest role to be a community leader for the distressed homeowner, and the buyers of them. Those of us who either “owe more on their house than what its worth and don’t know what to do” or simply “can no longer afford the payments on the loan we already have” need help now and there isn’t enough of it. I am leading the charge of hope for them and doing what I can to ensure they get a "Fresh Start". In symbiotic lockstep, when I get to help buyers buy these homes at greatly discounted prices - I receive the joy of making their dreams of affordable home ownership come true & we're taking one less distressed home off the market. Buffet might call that a "Win-Win" (the money Buffet, not the Hawaiian shirt one:). 1) Preserving our future by doing what good you can with what you still got where we’re at, and 2) moving on and getting a fresh start are the two most important choices a distressed homeowner has to make. And because of that, I have invested my last 4 years educating myself and homeowners on not being party to the mounting problems and, in doing so, being part of the growing solution.
