We create, design, and deliver orientation programs. We work with management to design reductions-in-force, from initial strategy to final conversations with impacted staff.
We design and lead customer service training programs to enhance the customer’s experience and present these programs to staff members. We also perform benefits reviews and design new benefit programs. We design and implement developmental programs for managers and staff, we create compensation studies and design new compensation plans. We create and install succession plans.
We design and lead supervisory training courses, and provide workbooks to build confidence and to encourage conversations and personal growth. We are qualified to assess current staff and proposed new hires by using the Herrmann “Whole Brain” HBDI model.
We design and deliver communications that support the organizational charter, and we develop and install HR and employment law programs that direct higher performance, reward achievement and develop talent.
