We support our clients from the point of them receiving a redemption right through to the expiry of any warranty commitments; our clients have access to a comprehensive suite of service level reporting enabling them track the progress of any line order or customer service enquiry. We are also capable of operating white label call centre services on behalf of our clients, taking care of both pre redemption and post redemption queries and after sales customer services. In support of this we also offer dedicated telephone lines and e-mail addresses to insure that scheme participants feel that they are not travelling outside the universe of any program. Procurement currently works to a 14 day delivery standard and we continuously perform at over 95% of that standard underlining our commitment to quality customer services. We support this by holding extensive stocks, somewhere in the region of $1,000,000 USD and over 2000 line items which are currently featured in various clients programs and catalogues. Our skilled procurement team work closely with manufactures of all manner of merchandise items, both in the UK and overseas, to insure that our product line is always current and we are featuring the most popular items available in the market today. As well as our core product range we also offer client specific sourcing services for those clients requiring ad-hoc items that are not available in our offering. We also offer third party owned merchandise fulfilment enabling clients to plug in-to our distribution network and the processes and efficiencies that brings with it. Procurement’s proprietary Impro web services platform is was specifically designed to streamline the development and maintenance of running an award catalogue with us as a supply partner. This platform enables partners to build client specific award collections through their own dedicated administrative panel that displays all agreed product prices and allows access to product descriptions and imagery. Once created these collections are dynamically managed via our backend systems minimizing disappointment due to product obsolescence, the content can be fed in-to third party platforms with unlimited frequency utilising CSV and XML downloads direct from your dedicated administrator panel or via an API feed which delivers real-time live content. As well as delivering content to third party platforms Impro also has the ability to convert the award collections that have been created in-to white label point or plateau based award platforms. These platforms offer a selection of templated design concepts that can carry your program identity and logo’s as well as program specific introduction messages, program rules, and customizable participant e-mail notifications and has the flexibility to be completely redesigned to reflect client specific requirements.
