Mr. Bieber is the Products & Application Design Engineer at Sterling Innovations LLC, designing and refining products, site lighting systems (photometry) and programming both supplied and original designs for efficient CNC laser and turret press manufacturing. Mr. Bieber has over 34 years of experience in the Outdoor Commercial Lighting Industry, 29 years of which were gained during his employ with a prominent lighting manufacturer who was a pioneer in the industry. Mr. Bieber has been directly involved in every key position and aspect in the outdoor commercial lighting manufacturing company, including: Purchasing, Quotations, Sales/Marketing, Staff Recruiting/Training/Managing, Product & Application Design/Refinement, I.T., creation and management of a Lighting Applications Department, Liaison to Underwriters Laboratories, C.N.C. Programmer, C.N.C. Department Supervisor and Corporate Management. Mr. Bieber has played an instrumental role in the lighting products and site lighting designs for countless prominent lighting projects, including: parking lots, malls, shopping centers, such as Best Buy and K-Mart; auto-dealerships including Mike Thompson RV and Downtown L.A. Motors; professional tennis courts that include celebrities’ privately owned courts as well as country club facilities; city streets, such as the Town of Avon, Colorado; landscapes; transportation stations including Los Angeles Union Amtrak Station; and airports including Ontario International, Hawthorne and Los Angeles International (LAX). Mr. Bieber founded Sterling Innovations in 2005 and has been a consultant, providing services to lighting and other manufactures. His services include: site lighting layout design, product design, product refinement, C.N.C. laser programming, C.N.C. turret press programming, and product marketing. In 2006, he created a unique method for remotely programming C.N.C. lasers and turret presses, which he utilizes in the creation of parts and products for companies ranging from lighting manufacturers to aerospace companies including: Boeing, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon.
