Thermodynamic Process Control ("TPC ") provides means for reducing costs in the operation of a hydronic heating plant consisting of hydronic boiler(s), steam boiler(s), and/or water heater(s) (collectively hereinafter “hydronic heating devices”). Specifically, TPC manufactures a TPC-FI-FDP System™ (“FDP System”) embodying patented and patent pending proprietary technology including, but not limited to, Flow Intelligence™, Real-Time Heating Load™, Intelligent Load Sharing™, Hybrid Boiler Control™, ΔT/P Pump Control™, FlowIntel Logger™, FlowIntel Monitor™ and Gas Submetering. An FDP System is employed within a hydronic heating plant for controlling an operation of hydronic heating devices with the goal of reducing fuel bills, reducing maintenance bills and the minimizing the cost of any future construction within the plant. For example, Flow Intelligence™, Real-Time Heating Load™, Intelligent Load Sharing™, Hybrid Boiler Control™ and ΔT/P Pump Control™ have proven to save up to 50% and more on fuel bills and up to 90% reduction in maintenance costs for the controlled operation of hydronic heating devices. This type of savings typically provides a ROI of less than eighteen (18) months. Additionally, the FlowIntel Logger™, the FlowIntel Monitor™ and Gas Submetering have proven to provide information over the course of a year that enables a company to customize the hydronic heating plant to match the heating requirements of the company. For example, the information may indicate the company needs a small or medium sized boiler to address a substantial poriton of the heating requirements of the company.
