The Whole Enchilada is kicking up the public relations field with a refreshing amount of excitement and creativity. Kimberly Genkin, formally of Neff Associates, and Dawn E. Warden, former Senior & Food Editor of Main Line Today magazine, have joined forces to create a Public Relations firm that does it all. From traditional PR, new media and copywriting to branding, event planning and launches—the firm excels in, well, the whole enchilada. Kim's years at the agency and beyond, have been studded with success as she's secured hundreds of placements in local magazines, newspapers and blogs as well as on TV and radio. Through strategic PR and social media, Kim also led the launches of four restaurants and two retail stores while at the agency. Kim played an integral role in planning and executing events for multiple clients, from media nights and concierge cocktail parties to a fall fashion event and getting a chef to cook at the James Beard House. Kim has formed wonderful relationships with the press. She specializes in culinary PR, but also has a great deal of experience working with retail, hospitality, B2B clients and more. After all, who knows how to pitch the media better, than someone who was on the receiving end of the pitching for nearly seven years? Dawn's background as a caterer, food writer and critic, along with her climb up the editorial ladder—from associate to senior editor in four years—has afforded her a unique vantage point. Whether planning feature packages on anything from the latest culinary trends to the region's movers and shakers to Going Green, or contributing photo and layout ideas and networking within the community, Dawn always had something cooking.
