Collins has a broad background as a Sr. financial analyst, product manager, program manager, project manager, Sr. Director, VP, CSO/CTO/CIO of Manufacturing and IT organizations. Coupling with positional requirements and dynamics as Sr. level Director and a consultant for various consultancies, Manufacturing Concerns and Startup’s and for various Venture Capitalists. He is a praction-er / trainer within the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (for ISO, Federal Regulatory Certifications, Greenbelt, etc.), e-Commerce and Web-Commerce communities. Relative to the professional Medical, Pharmaceutical and Hospital, Software Development, Finance, Brokerages, Insurance and Manufacturing Corporate ventures for revenue cycle assessment and redesign, receivables performance improvement, revenue technology selection and implementation, charge master reviews, managed care contracting and denials management as relative to medical practices, hospitals, and medical related brokerages. His performance goals at IBM included revenue’s of 3 million each for two Global Service Organizations for a total revenue enhancement of 6 million, with a total organizational support of 11 million, and a global support of 17 million. With Diversified, the revenue enhancement for the East Coast was for 18 million, and a global support of 36 million. These enhancement revenues were attained and supported as required for each of the organizational performance mandates for each of the fiscal year(s).During his years with and at IBM and Diversified, he was recognized for many awards including IBM’s coveted Service Award--an award recognizing individuals for innovation and "thinking outside the box."
