About My Business:


I'm an award-winning D&I advocate, leading a multi-sector division that focuses on working with organisations seeking to address diversity imbalances and committed to advancing diverse talent & groups. As an almost of 20 years experience with a focus on engaging senior talent and being an advocate of Differently-abled, LGBT, Racial/Ethnic and Gender inclusion at the workplace, I have an in-depth understanding of the global Diversity ecosystem, particularly through the lens of exclusion. My purpose is to develop a disruptive talent attraction and culture transformation strategy for organisations that tackle the issue of representation of diverse talent across the 5 pillars and the extended Diversity ecosystem. My volunteer work and participation in non-profits, forums, events and charities across APAC, Europe and North America have given me an insight into the issues of D&I within the scope of Leadership development, gender equality, conscious and unconscious bias, culture transformation, inclusion etc. With a network of over 20,000 leaders across the globe, I have access to a large network of Diversity champions who head the creation of mobilisation of D&I for organisations that are committed to the cause of D&I.
