Paul Kostial is the founder, President and CEO of Kostial Company and Audience Innovation, a CRM marketing company that's a leading provider of Magazine Cover Wrap and Loyalty-Label Marketing programs, in addition to other leading CRM or customer-focused marketing solutions. Initially, Paul began his advertising, marketing and sales career after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a 4.0 in his major. Paul began his professional career at the well-respected advertising agency, Campbell-Ewald, based in Detroit, which is well-known for being Chevrolet’s agency of record since their inception in the early 1900’s. Campbell-Ewald is an Interpublic agency. After graduation, Paul was chosen for C-E's management development program, one of six individuals selected from 1,200 candidates who were interviewed at 25 major universities throughout the nation. This outstanding first opportunity led Paul to the Big Apple where he continued his career focused on developing media and advertising strategy for a variety of well-known national brands including Mennen Company USA, Nestle Foods, Bridgestone Tire, National Car Rental, Mr. Turkey brands and several other major clients. After Campbell-Ewald, Paul was pleased to advance with The Bloom Agency (now Publicis) and Bozell/Jacobs (now Temerlin McClain) and, again, focused on select national brands including Dial, Tone, NationsBank, Crosse & Blackwell, Ross Labs and numerous other distinct, high-profile and strategically focused brands. After this initial agency experience, Paul was hired by Time Inc. to manage their Targeted Media relationship marketing programs, handling the Southwestern Territory and, eventually, becoming Vice President and managing multiple western states, including a vast number of client programs and salespersons. After more than 15 years with Time Inc., Paul departed to create Audience Innovation in 2006. During this time frame, Paul was also Associate Publisher for bRILLIANT, Texas’ only statewide luxury lifestyle magazine, in addition to building Audience Innovation to the status it is today. Paul oversees the growth of Audience Innovation from its Austin headquarters while traveling extensively between Austin and cities throughout the United States and including: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, Denver, Minneapolis, Detroit, Cincinnati, Boston, Miami and Seattle, among others.
