About My Business:
After 32 years in the corporate world, I am now consulting with mid-sized organizations to build a stronger leadership base. I also do individual executive performance coaching. I worked for 20 years for 3M Company, in the US, East and West Europe and the Middle East. I served as Sales and Marketing Director as well as Sales Development Manager. After 3M, I spent 7 years with ING Group, serving as Country HR Director, Global Head of Leadership and Change and Global Head of Leadership Development, Learning and Diversity. I have a diverse background, having worked with a variety of cultures in more than 30 countries in the areas of sales, marketing and leadership development.
I understand what makes a business sustainable and combine my knowledge of P&L with a deep understanding of organizational issues such as leadership, corporate culture, change management and performance management.
My degrees are in Anthropology (BA) and Global Human Resources (MSc).
