My business is market research consultancy.
I've been a consumer researcher since 1977 and before that an analytical chemist. In that time I've always strived to get a better understanding and actionable findings from product trials, segmentation studies, consumer habits studies as well as various other quantitative and semi-quantitative studies. I've an ESOMAR (Lausanne 2004) best conference paper in determining how fragrance affects functional home-use products which don't have fragrance as their main driver. The method has evolved since then and has been used on studies from all over the world. However, I do all sorts of things, most of it analysis or reanalysis of studies, but I do offer full service work and also qualitative techniques.
