Better leadership is accomplished by better leading yourself (having a life calling, a life plan, and building into your character leadership qualities). Accomplishing these tasks will make you more effective at achieving your life calling, managing your time, and managing your relationships. Better leading others involves (knowing and practicing the 22 principles of leadership, the 21 qualities of leadership, and applying them to over 80 different topics and issues people face at home, in their churches, in their communities, and in the workplace. This is a unique approach utilizing leadership and team development delivered one-on-one, or in small groups (which can either be physically present small groups or virtual small groups). The content is also available via intense workshop formats. Regarding career planning and job transitions: We assist individuals in identifying the best potential career path for them going forward, one that will not only be professionally successful, but also personally fulfilling. Once that path has been identified we assist with the following: 1.
