Yoga Pose of the day, simple and easy to do this pose helps to release the Psoas muscle, well known to be connected to our emotional body. When contracted it can stay contracted, causing lower back pain, tight groin muscles and out of balance hips.
Done for 10/15mins every day the passive pose allows the Psoas to relax and will help you feel mentally less charged.
