About My Business:
I have been recruiting for 20 yrs. now and have been in sales all of my life! I truly love meeting and working with people and aiding them and their companies in anyway that I can.
IBM invited me to their RTP, NC site to meet with their recruiters and help them to learn how to work more effectively with their inhouse 'clients' and also to show them how to streamline the recruitment process. It was a lot of fun for me!
I have worked across all industry verticals in the technology arena to inlude: ERP, CRM, Database and Data Warehousing, eCommerce, Systems and Network infrastructure and Enterprice Networks. I have built practices as far back as IBM's Lotus Notes Practice (1996), to a retainer with Arthur Andersen to build their eCommerce Business Development practice.
I have a unique perspective of being on the outside looking in whereas candidates I bring to my clients are THE candidate I KNOW can do the job the client needs accomplished. Give me one requisition and I'll bring that person you need for your team to you!
I get to know my candidates so well that I know their wive's names, their children's names and growth over these many years and am involved with their own career evolution. I NEVER recruit from a client; however a non-client is fair game in the recruitment world.
I am an avid networker and always remind people that your network can never be strong enough. Today it's who you know that enables us all to work together.
I have evolved into Career Coaching due to the demise of Arthur Andersen. How sad to see high level executives lose their jobs and not know what to do next. I have had the pleasure of working with many to discern what they could do to make money and "love" their work. I find the happier the worker the greater the productivity and innovation they bring to the table.
I truly have a passion for my work and how many people can say that? My business motto always has been to "Make a Positive Difference in the World of Recruiting," and it has served me well!
