Have you ever noticed you keep repeating the same experiences in your life? Your relationships end the same way? You get a new partner, a better job or fancy health regime only to end up back at square one, blaming yourself for it not working … AGAIN. Have you had enough? Then Getting Naked can help you stop these patterns so you can get back in the driver’s seat of your life.

About My Business:

Tamra is the undisputed Relationship Queen, having used herself as a guinea pig to research her second book Getting Naked – The Dating Game, which is being released in September 2011. As this playful peach navigated her way through the dating landscape of flirtatious flings and romantic rendezvous, Tamra discovered the importance of developing a really healthy relationship with herself. Realising the power self love and self belief have on the way we live our lives, Tamra founded Getting Naked Pty Ltd, offering online seminars and playful product lines designed to help people fill their own personal love tank, so they too could live a happy and fulfilling life. Tamra says loving and accepting yourself completely is the key to creating a prosperous reality. ‘Self love translates into confidence. And we all know that when a person is confident, they perform better at work, interact easily with others, and never worry about judgements and criticisms form others. Even a person’s health improves; you would never put a toxic substance into your body is you loved yourself 100%!’ Tamra spent ten years as radio newsreader and journalist, before deciding to pursue her love of writing full time, penning articles for various health publications in Australia and in Europe. Seeing the benefits of Life Coaching firsthand during her own recovery from depression, Tamra become qualified in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time-Line Therapy and Therapeutic Hypnosis and is now a recognised member of the American Board of NLP, The American Board of Time-Line Therapy and the American Board of Hypnotherapy. Tamra’s first book The Upside of Down: A personal journey and toolkit for overcoming depression was published in 2009 and was endorsed by Lifeline. She is now an advocate for the organization helping raise awareness of mental illnesses through regular radio and TV interviews including an appearance on Channel Ten’s The Circle. When she’s not giving motivational talks, she’s inspiring her clients and helping them overcome the negative beliefs that are holding them back. With a love of all things vintage, Tamra not only entered, but won the Pin Up competition at this year’s Garterbelts and Gasoline Festival. She says her comedic housewife routine was a play on the 40s and 50s era, which promotes the healthy voluptuous figure. ‘I am constantly encouraging my clients to step out of their comfort zone, so this was my way of walking the talk, while also remaining faithful to the message of loving the skin you’re in,’ Tamra says. Tamra is always nurturing her own personal relationship. If she’s not bashing out a tune with her band 4tress, you’ll find this swing-dancing bombshell sipping tea and eating scones in the Dandenongs.
