My approach is straightforward. For me, it’s all about going into the client’s world and seeing it from their point of view. From there, we uncover their unstated needs and work with them to develop a workable solution.
As Chief Operating Officer for Veracity Technology Solutions, Glenn co-managed operations of engineering firm specializing in nondestructive evaluation (NDE) solutions and products targeting the gas turbine power generation and aerospace / defense markets.
As Principal, Senior Consultant and Director of Business Development for Glenmar Group for 9 years, Glenn was a coach and armchair advisor to high-level decision makers in the SMB (small and medium business) sector. He assisted companies in defining, developing and implementing growth strategies, business development initiatives, marketing campaigns, and new media programs, all designed to help those companies expand their market footprint, as well as ignite new sales and business opportunities.
Prior to forming Glenmar Group, Glenn was Director of Business Development for SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation), a 10+ billion scientific, engineering, and technology firm with clients across a broad spectrum of sectors, including national security, energy, environment, and health services. There, Glenn won million dollar contracts with federal agencies. He also developed a marketing campaign for a niche-market product that generated 12% of annual revenue in the 1st year, and tripled the distribution channel network through expanding the national sales force.
