About My Business:
I act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers of real estate/real property and attempt to find sellers who wish to sell and buyers who wish to buy. My earned designations allow me to understand the current market demands so that I can best serve my clients.
I carry an inventory of new homes and renovated homes through my builder clients. First time buyers, 2nd home buyers, investment buyers, luxury buyers and resales in Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties make up a huge part of my business.
In the last few years, most of my closed sales have been short sales and distressed properties. My increased experience in selling distressed homes has allowed me to build a large pool of investors and distressed homes buyers wanting to buy one of these properties. I work in conjunction with Asset Managers to maintain property disposition, eviction process, negotiating cash for keys, inspecting property and reporting necessary repairs prior to marketing the property. Compiling and providing accurate BPO analysis. Developing marketing strategy, listing and selling property.
For the Distressed Sellers, I am successful in negotiating short sales for homeowners underwater on their mortgage. For Distressed Home Buyers I consult with them on the pitfalls in purchasing such a property. I am an approved broker and (or) currently service REO Assets for:
