Establishes in 2000, HR SERVICES ON CALL(PTY) LTD provides a ful function HR service which includes: • Due diligence HR audits in the event of company acquisitions and mergers; integrating staff and bedding down structures, • Recruitment, assessment and placement services, • Labour Broking services and temporary placements. • Contract Management - Extensive data base of Professionally qualified and experienced Engineers, project managers, Executive level and other key and scarce skills resources, eager to work on contracts nationally and internationally • Strategic HR Planning, including corporate re-organisations, restructuring processes and handling redundancies and retrenchments. (OD) and change management. • Development /review of Human Resources policies and procedures, and employment contracts to ensure compliance with good corporate governance, and updated to meet the requirements of employment legislation. • Training for employees and management, specifically on how to take effective corrective action and implementing an effective performance management programme. Management empowerment and leadership development.
