Having been an early adopter of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and a CRM evangelist and manager in many of the positions held over the course of employment, I founded Insightrak, a marketing consulting firm specializing in helping organizations choose the CRM system that best fits their needs and budget. We also help organizations that have selected a CRM but find that they continue to need help in customizing it to meet their needs and in driving increased user adoption.
