About My Business:
I specialize in partnering with small organizations and businesses, including start-ups, around their Human Resources function, whether it exists as a department on its own, or is overseen by one person who wears multiple hats at once. Having built an HR function from the ground up, I bring a unique set of experiences and best practices: I've been through the fire myself, and I share what I've learned so my clients' experience in managing HR doesn't have to be painful!
I contract with organizations and businesses for short-term projects, such as helping them get some key processes and people in place, or longer-term advising and coaching of an business leader and his or her team as they get things going, or as they navigate a crisis or transition. I also provide executive and leadership coaching on a one-on-one basis.
