About My Business:


I am a Mortgage Broker who has a very simple approach to taking care of all my clients and relationships. Rule #1 – Treat my Customer’s the way I would like to be treated I am always smiling and courteous. I will good manners and remember to say "Please" and "thank you" when talking to you. I will always call you by your name. I will strive to establish the best possible relationship with you, which will in turn make you more comfortable with the whole process. Rule #2 – I will always treat you with respect I will look you in the eye when talking to you in person, and listen to what you are saying at all times. I will always give you a sense of immediacy in taking care of your needs. Rule #3 – I will answer or return your Phone calls as soon as possible Overlong delays and or unanswered communications will not happen with me. I will respond to email’s within a few hours, and will have someone follow up within 24 hours, at the very least. Rule #4 – I will resolve all problems and or issues to the best of my ability I always work to resolve any customer complaints in a very friendly and helpful manner. As a client you will leave feeling good that the issue was addressed and that it was handled in a very friendly manner. I look at each problem as they arise and will be in constant communication throughout the resolving of the issue. Rule #5 – I will never make you a promises I cannot keep Anything I promise I will back up with action. I will always give an estimated time to get something in or done so as to keep the goal of Home Ownership or a Refinance tangible and on target. I have a reputation of being reliable and honest in this Industry and that will never change. My Integrity in this industry is second to none. Rule #6 – I will always over deliver I will give you more than I expect in return. If you wrote a short story of the perfect Mortgage transaction, with a few details on how you want to be treated, responded to, communicated with and followed up on, I can almost guarantee it will be very similar to how the process would unfold with me.
