I grew up in East Tennessee, Polk County to be exact, and came to Knoxville in the early 1990s to attend UT, where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations. During my time here I fell in love with the city, I like everything about Knoxville - from the ribs they sometimes sell on the corner of Cherry and Magnolia, the nightlife of Market Square and the crisp fall evenings in Farragut at an Admirals football game. My diet regularly includes the Thunder Road at Littons in Fountain City and on special occasions a big juicy Porthouse from Ye Olde Steakhouse in South Knoxville. I've even been known to find my way to the banks of the Holston, French Broad or the Mighty Tennessee for a picnic, photography session or even a feable pretense at fishing! This is my town, I feel as much a part of it as my friends who got here on day one.
