About My Business:

Matt Kramer is one of a handful of people around the country working in the young profession of voice mapping. His professional career includes over 25 years as a producer in the music industry and 20 years as a professional mediator. As a mediator, he helps people develop their own solutions to resolve conflict. This expertise is valuable as he helps his clients process and release the chronic impact of buried stress and trauma. His first book, "Conversations Before A Marriage", helps people share and understand the unexamined territory in their relationship in order to be more successful as they move forward into marriage. Matt's second book, co-written with Stuart Yahm, is "And The Band Broke Up", a tool to help artists of any discipline use conflict to improve, not destroy, their professional and private relationships. Emotions play a large role in your health. Suppressed emotions sap the body’s resources in many ways. Voice Mapping works on the theory that buried stress and trauma resides in muscle tissue throughout the body. Many of the body’s muscles contribute to the tones and nuances in the voice. When you record a description of a person or event that is connected to stressful or traumatic memories, the memory/muscle connection shows up in the frequencies in your voice. Using biofeedback, those frequencies are fed back to the body balancing and releasing the blocks containing the suppressed memories. The benefits are far reaching; for example, people have stopped fighting with their families; overcome phobias such as fear of public speaking, and in many ways reduced the impact of stress in their lives. Athletes have been able to improve their personal best; writers and musicians have been able to over come writer’s block. One way to look at the process is that it allows your mind/body connection to ask for the healing it wants – each person’s results are unique to them. Voice mapping uses frequencies in your voice in a biofeedback process to balance and release places in your body where memory is energetically “stuck”. This helps you overcome challenges and emotional blocks, eliminate self sabotaging behaviors and bad habits, and achieve the life you want to live. In his lectures, Matt explains voice mapping and shares his experience in helping hundreds of people live their lives more fully since this process was first released for the general public in 2005.
