Born in Sydney, Australia, spent the last 10 years working across Asia and now based in Thailand. Over 20 years experience covering Business Development, General Management & Regional Business Development roles across the Asia Pacific region. In the 1990’s, I added over 30 Million USD in revenue to companies bottom line for Cisco, Fujitsu & Lucent Technologies in National Business Development roles. Since living in Asia, working in Senior Operational/Regional Business Development roles across South East Asia including Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines and Mainland China. While I consider myself a Business Development specialist (signing deals and negotiating complex contracts in Asia), over the past 10 years I have signed deals with Hilton Hotels & other international hotel groups. During this time, I also developed hands-on experience designing, developing & operating loyalty programs solutions for leading 5 star hotel groups across South East Asia for Accor, Intercontinental. At Group RCI (Wyndham Hotels) & HMC in Regional Business Development Director roles covering Asia. Most recently at Centara Hotels & Resorts, I designed, developed and successfully implemented a points 'repeat guest' loyalty platform for Centara's 50+ properties across 6 countries in Asia.
