About My Business:


I'm always available via phone or email and welcome the opportunity to put our years of experience to work for you. Fort Myers, to Naples, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. We don't work 9-5, we work start to finish. Michael grew up in Kentucky and worked in the information technology field prior to moving to Fort Myers in 1999. His family had vacationed here for 10 years and just adored this area. An avid golfer, boater and fisherman, he spends time with his 18 year old son at many of his secret fishing spots. His 20 year old daughter and his wife of 25 years, Jamie, enjoy the day trips and a quick stop for lunch. Michael has worked as an Industrial Engineer and founded an Internet company. Because of this he has an extensive background in logistics and technology he is able to use these skills and tools to help save his clients time and money. Michael has earned the ePRO, Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and is a licensed USCG Captain. Michael became the first Realtor in SW Florida and the 11th in the state to earn his Accredited Seller Representative (ASR). A designation that encompasses both actual performance and education. The first awarded in SW Florida. Most recently Michael has completed the education and training necessary to earn his Certified Property Valuator (CPV), only the second awarded in Lee County. He now offers Broker Price Opinions as part of his advanced service to his clients. Michael has just completed training by the National Valuations Standards Institute and is NVSI-Certified. Michael has also recently earned his REOTrans Platinum certification for proficency and expertise in managing transactions involving short sale and REO / bank owned properties. Michael worked for 15 years with UPS in a variety of roles. His training and management of projects helped him build his own business. This drive did not stop when he retired from UPS at an early age and did not stop when he sold his Internet company. This drive has helped him as Vice President of Royal Shell Real Estate, Inc. to help build a first class team of service oriented agents and staff. Michael also heads up the research department for analytical research of the real estate market for southwest Florida.
