About My Business:

Terri G launches her career in the Christian music Industry and successfully becomes a Indie in todays pop music. Surrounded by a musical family she taught herself to play piano working extremely hard to develop her skills as a singer/songwriter. She used this talent to lead school choirs and eventually was welcomed to perform at annual family events. It was in church as a teenager where she was exposed to the hymns and Christian stories that would later influence her work. Terri married Dana Gary in 1983. Years later the couple had three children. In 1993, following an injury, Terri discovers a relationship with God. It was then she began to write songs and pull poetry out from under the bed. With much effort she and manager/husband Dana began working together on a project they knew would touch the world. After releasing her first EP "From the Heart" in 2003, the self promoting album became a huge success. Her first performance on Loretta Lynn's Ranch in Hurricane Mills, TN drove her to write more songs. In May 2008, Terri won a director’s choice award in the Nashville International Song and Lyric Contest from PARAMOUNT GROUP for her song entry “I COULD HAVE WALKED AWAY.” Months later, her unique style led to a recording contract with Tate Publishing Enterprise. September 7, 2010, she signed with TATE PUBLISHING (Mustang, Oklahoma) and released her first debut album, "I WILL SING." , itunes Her album, "I Will Sing" reflects songs of love and devotion to God and her husband. Song, "Righteous Heart" features Jack Colombo from the early fifties band, "Drifters." "The Rescue" was honored by MELODIC RECORD'S, placing her on several compilation albums at with all proceeds going to charity. Today Terri G leads worship in her local church, volunteers at correctional institutes, performs acts for charity, leads women's retreats, performs music in nursing homes, acts as inspirational speaker, and continues to receive many awards through the International Library Of Poetry for an accomplished poet and songwriter. In 2004, Terri's poem "Where is my spoon?" received an Editor's choice award and was featured in the poetry anthology "Tracing the Infinite." Terri ended the year 2012 by branching out professionally recording her latest song, "I Could Have walked Away" at QUAD STUDIO in Nashville, TN with Major Record Producer DOC HOLIDAY and the legendary "A" Team.
