In 2005, I developed My Business Assistant because I believed there was a gap between payrolled employees and temporary staffing agencies to fill the administrative needs of Small Businesses and Solopreneurs. Many businesses have a number of on-going tasks they would prefer to hire out locally but not enough hours to require a part-time employee, so the business owner continues to bog themselves down with the administrative tasks of taking care of their business rather than growing their business. My Business Assistant can handle the administrative, office and program management services the business owners may not have the time, desire or resources to perform themselves. This frees the owner to focus their own time and attention where their expertise can be best utilized to provide them with the best results. Most services are provided from My Business Assistant's fully equipped offices. This is a great advantage for clients as they enjoy the latest technology and skill of fully trained administrative staff without the investment of additional office space, furniture, equipment or training. Another major benefit is the business owner develops a long-term relationship with the same support staff member who becomes an important member of their team. Clients pay for only the time used, in increments of 30 minutes, never a 4 hour minimum. There are no payroll taxes or benefits to absorb. No hidden fees.
