NAYA JEEVAN is a registered insurance broker & not-for-profit organization dedicated to facilitating affordable access to quality hospitalization and healthcare; the lack of which is a major source of financial destitution and generational poverty in these families. Our globally innovative Health Plan provides our low income members with: a. Subsidized Health Insurance Plan underwritten by leading insurance companies and upto PKR 150,000 annual coverage limit and access to 140+ nationwide private network hospitals. b. Dedicated member care with 24 hour medical hotline service, annual general health checkups and preventive health awareness campaigns and workshops. This innovative social program (which is underwritten by Allianz-EFU, IGI Insurance, AsiaCare), is primarily aimed at facilitating quality, affordable healthcare access to low-income groups falling under the following categories: a. Employees earning less than PKR 20,000 per month (and their families - spouse/children) associated with all sectors. b. Household staff of executive employees. c. Vendors/suppliers/distributors/contract staff/customers of corporate/SME/academic/NGO/service industry sectors earning less than PKR 15,000 per month. d. Children of NGO, private and public schools. VALUE ADDED SERVICES: Through the Naya Jeevan Health Plan, our Plan Members (end-beneficiaries) also have access to a variety of value-added services which are: a. Medical Hotline - 24 hour access through our hotline number to trained medical officers for claims assistance. b. Healthcare Reserve Fund- access on a need and case to case basis for medical emergency expenditures exceeding the annual coverage limit c. Naya Jeevan Sehat - workshops on primary/preventive health – sanitation, hygiene, infection control (These standard and customized workshops are conducted in collaboration with our corporate or NGO partners) KEY POINTS of the Naya Jeevan difference: 1. Low premiums since Naya Jeevan is the Policy Holder 2. Up to PKR 150,000 annual coverage per life/year 3. Nationwide network of 100+ quality and recognized hospitals, part of the underwriting partners’ network 4. Coverage includes all inpatient emergencies/trauma, hospitalization, surgery, diagnostics, imaging, blood supplies, labs, ambulance services, outpatient consultation/treatment and medicines within 20 days of hospitalization (pre and post). 5.
