New Life Enterprises will provide services for clients that we can: • Purchase their distressed home for renovation, • Rehab buyers, or • Landlords and income property owners to whom we can sell renovating homes for rental income, or • First time home buyers to whom we can sell our renovated homes at a discount from full retail market values, or on a lease/buy option while they repair their credit, and • Private money investors who are open to realizing returns of 8-12% in short term transactional real estate funding.

About My Business:


New Life Enterprises was founded on the spring of 2013 as a real estate purchase, renovation, and sales business. It operates on a for-profit basis, is legally structured as a privately held limited liability company (LLC), and was founded and is owned by Ronald D. Larkin and Brenda G. Larkin who will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day business operations. Ronald Larkin has completed over 200 hours of training in real estate investing that includes repair estimating, construction management, marketing, deal analysis, private lending and operations management. He also participates in continuing training through on-line courses, webinars and REIA (Real Estate Investment Associations) network/education groups. Ron and Brenda have owned, fixed up and sold a rental property as a private owner. Ron renovated an older home for their personal use, and finished out several attics and basements for himself and others over the past 30 years. He has renovated several kitchens and bathrooms in his own homes and for others. As a hobby, he have built custom furniture and cabinets for himself and my extended family. He enjoys working with his hands and doing woodworking. Recently he General Contracted the building of his own home, doing all of the finish work himself (cabinets, trim, painting, flooring, baseboards, etc), as well as all of the electrical installation, and installation of all insulation. He installed appliances, cabinets, roofing, plumbing, closet fixtures/hardware and electrical fixtures. Trough the years he has worked with several companies that are in the trades including electrical, general contractor, carpenter, plumber, welders, cement, excavation and specialty trades (fall protection systems). In the course of that work he has dealt with unions and union labor, and completion of construction paperwork (contracts, scope of work, waivers, liens, progress payments, final inspections, permits, punch-lists, etc) for all phases of the construction process. He have worked with, and is familiar with dealing with building engineers, architects, erosion control specialist, utilities (JULIE), attorneys and building inspectors, as well as other general contractors. In the past five years he has Project managed several major construction projects for the specialty construction company (fall protection systems) that he worked for previously. (Airport terminals, multiple maintenance buildings for airplanes, railroad cars, railroad cars & engines,or buses, office buildings, production and manufacturing facilities, railcar applications and government buildings) In business experience, he has over 28 years of experience as an accountant/CPA. For over 13 years, he has functioned as a Controller, CFO and/or General Manager for several small businesses while instituting processes, policies and controls for greater efficiencies, profitability and growth has marked his career. A major part of his career was in the construction industry which has also included project management of major projects for the companies he has worked for. Ronald has also personally been involved with remodeling and renovation of homes for both himself and others over the past 25 years. Brenda Larkin has over 15 years experience as an on-staff consultant to provide for staff growth, as well as instituting processes, policies and controls for staff growth and process improvement in the health industry. She has completed over 100 hours of similar training in real estate investing. New Life Enterprises is a professional, full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout the southeast Wisconsin area. The Company specializes in buying distressed homes at a significant discount, and renovating and reselling them to retail home buyers and landlords.
