Behavioural Mirroring (1 hour) shows you how to determine your own behaviour style, rapidly identify the preferred style of others and adapt your approach to meet their preferences for interaction. Communicate on their terms rather than yours! Body Language (1½ hours) reveals how to fine tune your approach by recognising and adapting to non-verbal signals. Other people will not tell you (truthfully) how they feel about you, but they will show you through their body language. Recognise these signals and react to them appropriately.
