Full-time underwriters on staff and ONSITE in our Parsippany,NJ headquarters who get paid based on number of closings, so the incentive and motivation is there to close and get the deal done fast unlike big bank underwriters who have no incentive to close quickly.
My expertise is the hard to close deals. Have a pile of denied buyers? Send them to me and I'll take a look and see if we can salvage them.
