I'm a holistic natural health coach, educator, and professional counselor. My mission is to bring more light, peace, and joy into the world by inspiring people to enjoy life more freely and to love and care for themselves and others more fully. Through example and gentle but firm coaching given when asked for, and through partnerships with other wellness professionals, I help others build community and learn a holistic wellness model of health that balances and heals body, mind and spirit with optimal nutrition, exercise/rest, meditation/positive thinking, grateful celebratory spirituality, healthy/supportive relationships, and positive community integration. My background in holistic health and education includes being a licensed professional counselor, a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor, a yoga teacher, a traditional naturopath, a formerly licensed public school and college teacher and mental health case manager, an interfaith minister, and with formal degrees/certifications in the following areas: rehabilitation counseling, education, naturopathy, yoga/meditation, Reiki, Thai yoga therapy, tai chi, and raw/live food preparation.
