Clients I'm Seeking:

People looking to sell their homes for the most money with the least amount of hassle. And buyers who will trust me and realize I won't do them wrong because...I want to sell their home when they want to move up or away!

About My Business:

I try EXCLUSIVELY to represent buyers OR sellers in transactions, and unlike my 4,000+ peers in the Salt Lake Board of REALTORS®, I avoid dual or limited agency transactions where I represent both sides of transactions with clients. However, I am the principal broker and if one of my agents sells one of my listings, I have to represent everyone-by Utah law. Most agents prefer the "bigger check" from representing all parties in a transaction. I would prefer to fight for only one side's rights - either negotiate the best price and terms (buyer's agent) or the highest sales price (seller's agent). CRS, ABR, SRES, LTG, DREI-the designations in real estate I've achieved over the years. They mean nothing to most people but it can be boiled down to "I've not only done what I was supposed to do to grow and learn in real estate, I was awarded for teaching others how to do real estate better." I have three degrees in four majors: behavioral Science, English, Business communications with a Ph.D in Philosophy of Religion. Graduate of Westminster College, Utah. I specialize in first and LAST time (senior) buyers and sellers and consider myself a highly specialized agent that sets me apart from the crowd. With the experience I've gleaned from thousands of transactions over the past 29 years, I am a force in the real estate niche that I have created in Utah. A force is what YOU want when you're considering one of the most important financial decisions of your life. Google me, you'll get at least 10 pages. I was President for 2003 of the Women's Council of REALTORS and and was a Salt Lake City Planning and Zoning Commissioner for 8 years. It was a volunteer position and I think I learned more on that Commission than I ever did in college! I hosted a women in music program for 27 years on public radio which ended up being the longest running radio show of it's kind in the country (once a week-every Thursday morning, 9-12). I own 3000 albums by women vocalists and instrumentalists. My office is across from the Gateway in downtown Salt Lake City and I live on the top of the building. I have twin daughters and four grand children. I serve on the Advisory Board of UCASA and won the National 2005 Award for Outstanding Advocacy and Community Work in Ending Sexual Violence and have produced the V-Day along the Wasatch Front for the past 16 years for local charities. I try and give back to my community and now serve as the Chair of the Downtown Merchants Association.
