I am seeking clients that don't want to use conventional "shotgun" marketing tactics. I am looking for individuals that understand that their business is their database and want to learn how to build their list efficiently and by adding value.

I own Sensible Marketing, a marketing/consulting firm, where we offer specific services and/or act as a marketing agent for our clients. We are passionate about helping small and mid-sized businesses grow. We love seeing results for our customers and with our strategies they are getting them! Social media is the buzz now, but I believe that it’s the RIGHT blend of offline and online marketing that drives revenue and reduces costs while leaving more time for what’s important – you, your family, your LIFE. Marketing is an interesting animal. I see so many people do so many different shotgun approaches but I believe we have a simple way and the right mix of offline and online marketing tools. The ones that we concentrate on are all built around the concept of building your list, communicating with that list in a fun and interactive way, and elevating your relationship to create raving fans (walking billboards) For 10 years I have been in the construction/real estate arena. I tried so many different shotgun approaches and found little result. About a year and a half ago, I was introduced to an appreciation marketing company which has opened my mind up to the correct ways to market and reach my clients to get them to buy again, buy more often, and become a raving fan. I also learned that success leaves clues. So here I am sharing my secrets.
