About My Business:

 

Clicktools was formed in 2001 to help organizations collect customer feedback and use the results to improve customer service. Its first product was a series of low-cost on-line assessments (or tools that you could just 'click') that organizations could purchase on a 'per person per complete' basis. The demand for customized surveys resulted in the development of the product that forms the basis of Clicktools today. Clicktools was launched in 2003 and was first used to help Symbol Technologies implement a global customer satisfaction survey. Since that first implementation, many more customers have realized the benefits of Clicktools and functionality has extended dramatically. Clicktools was the first survey provider to integrate with Salesforce.com and was an original member of the AppExchange (or On Demand Market place as it was orginally known). In 2008, Clicktools was also the first survey provider to integrate with Oracle CRM On Demand and became the first survey provider to include a fully fledged Business Analytics engine as an out-of-the-box product.
