Sue has a total of 123 sales valued at over $28,077,918. Sue Gibson graduated from the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Real Estate School in Fairfax Virginia in 2000. She began her Real Estate Career in 2000 and found her present home with Re/Max Regency in October 2002. In an effort to stay current with all aspects of real estate, she has continued her education, completed her certified as a Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Accredited Home Staging Professional (ASP). She has trained in Negotiation Tactics, 1st time home buyers and Investment Real Estate. Her Broker Chuck Cornwell is known for his top notch training and technology for his agents, allowing them to reach the top level of area realtors with up to date technology. She has developed a complete team of excellent professionals who handle all aspects of the real estate for her clients.
