Bigger wins with better Negotiation Skills Paul spent 24 very successful years at Saatchi & Saatchi. He joined as an Account Executive in October 1984, was promoted to the Board in 1990 and took on the additional role of Training Director in 1999, and in 2005 extended his remit to become their first Director of Knowledge Practices, sitting on the main Management Board of the Agency. His Account Handling skills have been described as exemplary. He has an incredibly strong track record in running accounts across a wide variety of businesses: from the hugely successful bid and launch of the National Lottery, to fast turnaround business gained on News International, he's led teams on large and complex financial brands and has run countless blue chip fmcg brands. Paul is equally comfortable dealing with a junior brand manager as I am working closely with the Editor of a national newspaper or the CEO of a top 100 FTSE Company.
