Simply put, Credit Card Abuse is using another person’s credit card to make a purchase without the card owner’s permission. Many employers will not hire people with theft charges or felony charges. Credit Card Abuse is both a theft and a felony but, we can help. https://peughlawfirm.com/credit-card-fraud/

What determines if a case goes to court? If the police went to the trouble of arresting you, there is a 99% chance that case will be filed in court. All the proof the police need to arrest you is probable cause. All the prosecutors need to charge you in court for a misdemeanor is “a good reason to believe that you committed a crime. Neither the police nor the prosecutors look for proof beyond a reasonable doubt at this early stage. Felony arrests are also based on little proof that amounts

When you look at all the things that have to be done when defending a DWI charge, it is mind boggling that a first offense is only a Class B Misdemeanor. That is only one step above a fine only ticket. Still, from the time you walk out of jail on bond there are important steps to take and there are deadlines to meet. https://peughlawfirm.com/defending-a-dwi-charge/

In spite of all we try to teach them, juveniles do get themselves charged with theft. As children grow older their parents naturally give them more trust. We hope that they are responsible with that trust and can, thereby, mature and gain more trust. However, it is sometimes the juveniles judgment that makes them a juvenile. https://peughlawfirm.com/juveniles-charged-with-theft/

Juveniles can be charged with most everything an adult can be charged with and a little more. As a result, juveniles are charged with illegal drug possession at much the same rate as adults. However, there can be a big difference between the adult and the juvenile drug possession charges. https://peughlawfirm.com/juveniles-with-drugs-at-school/
