With a background in business profitability and development, I have worked with a wide range of organisations to improve the performance of their business and staff. Trafalgar's work is mainly in the professional and commercial sectors both in the UK and globally.
Working as part of a team enables me to bring a rare level of creativity, energy, 'Can Do' attitude and enthusiasm that clients value as well as my strong project management skills. The People Business was set up in 1991 and morphed into Trafalgar – The People Business Ltd in 1995 and is now shifting emphasis in 2011 to be: Trafalgar - The Business People.
This reflects our colaborative business consultancy model which enables us to resource profit improvement projects for clients. We link business strategy actions, business development, firm and individual branding and people performance in a manner not seen elsewhere. Solutions include multiple use of experts, diagnostic tools, behavioural psychologists, learning and development. The last 5 – 10 years has seen projects on pre and post merger / acquisition / investment and change.
We specialise across sectors and function, and invariably deliver on time, below budget with cost savings achieved by our methodology.
