I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for over 8 years working for several clients on multiple tasks.
I have worked with many computer/online programs including:
creating landing pages, websites and maintaining, reviewing web stats using 1and1 Control Panel Administration, sending out mass emails and creating newsletters using 12 All Broadcast Email Software, Webmail, Webtrain, FreeWebs, Blogger.com, eBay (online stores), CRM, IE, Firefox, Thunderbird, Microsoft Exchange Server, Google Docs, creating and maintaining Google Adwords Acct., Central Desktop, Zoho Business, Profile Tax software, YouTube, Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, etc.
Jobs have included making appointments, inputting information in Tax Returns, filing, letter writing, updating bank accounts, investments, contracts, web development, etc. I became Manager of Support Services providing email and phone support for over 166 clients and prospects. Delegating emails, online training via webinar or personal 1 on 1, trouble shoot computer issues, resolve client issues, payment issues, update account information, provide marketing for seminars, creating fliers, sending mass emails to leads, arranging location, keep lists updated, updating and sending out monthly newsletters, editing blogs.
I have also worked extensively creating documents with Office 2003 and 2007, Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, and Power Point. This has included creating client packages, outlining companies features, how they can help, price lists, etc, creating and sending emails to clients, reminding them of deadlines, creating forms and surveys, etc.

I think outside the box and have fun with the work that I take on. I am a quick learner and enjoy learning new things, the more the better. I pick up new programs very quickly, love looking for new software that will help a company become more efficient.
