Vcolon Worldventures: Anyone looking to travel at wholesale prices Hotel:I specialize in extended stay type hotels. My clientele base are companies that utilize hotel accommodations for employees traveling away for business or large projects. A few industries that I typically target are as follows: Government, Construction, Engineering, Oil/Gas Refinery, Nurse Relocation Services, Insurance Adjusters, International Corporation, IT Outsourcing. A great lead for me would be a company needing 5 + rooms for 3-6 months consecutively through. Another would be a Company needing to utilize 500+ nights a year minimum. Even though we are gearing toward extended stay travelers we do accept the typical 1-6 night traveler.

Activities to achieve these results include a combination of direct sales, tours, telephone calls, correspondence, networking, social media and customer appreciation events. Strategically planning through use of a quarterly action plan which is a Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Targeted approach to all market segments, develop a marketing plan by gathering competitive data, then setting goals and determining action plans to meet those goals, prepare and present the annual sales and marketing reports, prepare and present end of quarter reports, work closely with revenue manager team, develop hotel business through revenue management, effective online marketing, advertising research and presentation.
